Formerly a Magnet Kitchen’s warehouse and showroom, CDS are involved in the design and delivery of a part seven, part three storey building above two basement levels to provide a mix-use student accommodation with ancillary facilities and over 2000sqm of warehouse use at basement and ground floor levels and a coffee shop at ground floor. The building contains a large programme of communal functions in support of the student use: screen room, meeting/study rooms, gym and communal social areas.
