Following the closure of a Esso petrol station, the land was acquired by the client to form a mix use development of commercial retail units at ground floor and basement, with three upper floors containing student accommodation studios forming a new extended wing to the existing Stay Club Camden. CDS was the lead consultant in gaining planning approval and working with the main contractor to detail, design and deliver the completed building.
