CDS provided the construction documentation and site project management and delivery of a student accommodation building comprising a part two-storey and part-four-storey plus two basement levels. The building accommodates 192 self-contained rooms with additional ancillary facilities including communal areas, a reception/snack bar, laundry room, storage facilities, cycle stores and study/meeting rooms.
