A new Co-Living development, on the plot known as site 10 next to A40 Western Avenue, in North Acton (Ealing).
The site is a narrow strip of land facing the A40 Western Avenue dual carriageway. With challenging site conditions and equally challenging project brief, a 340-unit Co-Living development with expansive communal social / work areas and enhancement of the Green Corridor is proposed to make better use of a brownfield site.
