Location: Colindale Station, London NW9
As part of a large residential masterplan to build a landmark building on a large brownfield site, planning approval was achieved for a double basement, ground plus 18-storey mix-use Apart-hotel and Student Accommodation building with commercial retail units at ground floor and basement. The building contains a large programme of communal functions in support of the student and apart-hotel use: cinema, meeting/study rooms, gym, communal break out spaces and large 7th floor lounge space with outdoor terrace. CDS were involved in the planning, detail design and site project management and delivery of the project.
